7-day returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. coreceramic covers the return shipping cost.

To start a return, email your order number to peiyihu123@gmail.com or use our Contact page. Please contact us before sending your item back so we can arrange return shipping and provide return instructions.

Once we receive your return, we will process your refund.

Damage in transit

If your ceramics arrive damaged in transit, email photos of the damaged item and your order number to peiyihu123@gmail.com. We will arrange a replacement.
